Professor Tony Roskilly from the Newcastle University, consortium partner of H-Disnet, jointly with the Energy Research Centre of the Netherlands (ECN), organises the 4th Sustainable Thermal Energy Management International Conference, SusTEM2017.
The conference is taking place in Alkmaar (The Netherlands), 28th-30th of June.
Different topics are being covered as industrial waste heat utilisation; thermal networks; renewable heating and cooling systems; building energy performance; control, modelling and optimisation; energy efficiency; economics and policy challenges.
A visit to the ECN facilities will conclude the conference.
An overview about the application cases and the economics benefits of thermo-chemical networks will be given on Wednsday by Dr. Smallbone, University of Newcastle.
