Workshop in Winterthur
The first project Workshop and Advisory Board Meeting was held in Winterthur, Switzerland, on September 5th and 6th.
The workshop was held at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences - ZHAW.This meeting gave the opportunity to discuss the progresses done in the project and to meet officialy expert members of the advisory board.
The workshop was focused on the business model generation for multifuctional thermo-chemical network. The Canvas concept were applied: the attention was put on the definition of "Value Propositions", on the "Customer Relationships" and "Pain Reliviers/Gain Creators". The advisory board, which represented network operators, green house operators and planners, gave a great contributions with suggestions and comments.
Visits to the infrastructures of Institute of Energy Systems and Fluid Engineering of the ZHAW, which organised the workshop, have taken place: organic rankine cycle modul, chiller lab, solar thermal plant and photovoltaic roof.
The partecipants were also invited the installations which will host the swiss demostrators: a biogas plant in Marthalen and a green house in Wangen.
