Winterthur, 5th April 2017
Watergy and ZHAW are presenting the technology of thermo-chemical network at the Zurcher University of Applied Sciences in Winterthur (CH), on 5th April during the event "Innovative Energy Supply Concepts of Urban Life".

It is a part of public lectures organised by ZHAW together with INUAS partner universities and industrials partners, which will adopt interdisciplinary approaches for the future challenges in cities. The future urban space is to be designed to increase the life quality and reduce at the same time energy and resource consumption.

Agenda of 5th April, 17:00-18:30:

- "Thermochemical Networks", Th. Bergmann, ZHAW
- "Energy planning - a planning tool for energy-efficient neighborhood planning", S. Rexroth, HTW Berlin
- "Building with climate envelopment", M. Buchholz, Watergy

The event will be in German.

Glasgow, 15th May 2017
A side event about the thermo-chemical networks is organised during the Euroheat and Power Congress in Glasgow (UK), on 15th May.

The workshop makes you familiar with the thermo-chemical technology under development in the project H-DisNet. Furthemore, it provides you with the opportunity to give input to the project in interactive round table discussions.

Agenda:

13.30 – 14.30     Opportunities for 5th Generation district heating and cooling networks: This discussion event will tackle future network technologies for heating, cooling and drying not only restricted to thermo-chemical networks and adresses their potentials and barriers.
15.00 – 16.00     A thermo-chemical urban game I: Identifying potentials. This first part identifies and discusses potentials of thermo-chemical networks based on selected cases and their stakeholders.
16.30 – 17.30     A thermo-chemical urban game II: Entering business. The second part includes the business perspective and links value propositions and economic interests to technological potentials.

We looking forward to having a productive discussion with you.
