H-DisNet Innovation Workshop
We are looking forward to our first pre-view visit of the H-DisNet Building Research Lab and Demonstrator using Hybrid Thermo-Chemical Technology during our Innovation Workshop in Berlin, Germany on 16 November 2018.
The H-DisNet Innovation Workshop will bring together relevant stakeholders in the field of Hybrid TC Technology for heating, cooling and humidity control to demonstrate on site the knowledge and results gained through H-DisNet about processes, components, network applications as well as simulation and control methods to allow the industrial R&D to pick up the technology and to bring it to the market.
In addition to demonstrations and keynote speeches from stakeholders along the value chain, there will also be poster presentations showing the results of four case studies from different application areas as well as videos from other demo sites. The full agenda is available for download here.

4DH Conference 2018
The H-DisNet case study on Hasselt will be presented during the 4th International Conference on Smart Energy Systems and 4th Generation District Heating in Aalborg from the 13-14 November 2018. Muhannad Delwati, from our coordinating partner KU Leuven, will present the preliminary economic aspects and simulation of the Hasselt case study during the session 24 on Future district heating production and systems. Eurosun 2018
The 12th International Conference on Solar Energy for Buildings and Industry was held in Rapperswil, Switzerland from 10-13 September 2018. During this 4 day event our partner ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Science held a presentation on Thermo-Chemical District Networks. Claudio Koller’s presentation focused on the thermos-chemical technology as a valid opportunity for solar heating district network. Brenet 2018
Building and Renewable Energies Network of Technology was held in Zurich, Switzerland from the 6-7 September 2018. Serena Danesi from our partner ZHAW was present with a poster to present H-DisNet as solution for heating, cooling and humidity control in buildings using renewables (i.e. excess heat). Thermodynamic Kolloquium 2018
The Thermodynamik-Kolloqium 2018 was held at the University of Kassel, Germany from 26-28 September 2018. ZHAW presented the thermo-chemical technology to an audience of thermodynamic experts. The presentation held by Claudio Koller in German focused on “Örtlich getrennte Syn- und Disproportionierungsprozesse in Theorie und Praxis” which translates to regionally separated syn?
